Womens Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Group Exercise Instructor. Nadine graduated from Simmons College with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of Clinical settings and has experience working with multiple medical, neurological and orthopedic conditions across the continuum of care. It wasnt until she got married later in her career and her two daughters were born that her interest in Womens Health developed. The past 12 years she has focused on working with pregnant and post-partum population and specializes in Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) treatment, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. Nadine has been in private practice the past few years and created a Diastasis recti treatment and management program. She suffered a large diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction after her second child and since then has been passionate about empowering other women how to manage and navigate the various changes that occur during pregnancy and post partum. Nadine also has a passion for education and is a faculty member at Fitness Education Inc, a national certification company, and teaches a variety of continuing education seminars and certification programs for her fitness peers. She guest lectures at local colleges and hospitals and offers educational seminars on Optimal core rehabilitation and how to safely exercise during pregnancy and return to exercise post partum. Nadine combines her experience in the Healthcare and Fitness industries to offer a holistic, well rounded approach to care for her clients. When she isnt working she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, working out, teaching Barre and Pilates classes, dancing and enjoys hiking and walking outdoors. *WOMEN'S HEALTH SPECIALIST*
