Alicia uses an osteopathic approach to care, focusing on treating the whole person to best improve their functional independence. She has a special interest in working with pediatrics and athletes, specifically in the return to sport phase of rehab. As an active individual, one who enjoys running, soccer, surfing and snowboarding, Alicia understands the importance of possessing the physical health and freedom to do what one loves! She recognizes both the physical and mental balance athletics can provide. Therefore, she strives to implement an individualized plan of care that is patient and family driven, corresponding to their overall health, wellbeing, and fitness goals.

Alicia aspires to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist as well as obtain her Dry Needling Certification during her first year as a Physical Therapist.
