Peak Physical Therapy

Cara received her Doctorate from Sacred Heart University in 2017 while competing as a member of the NCAA Division 1 Ice Hockey Team. Cara utilizes evidence based practice to provide a comprehensive and patient centered approach to work towards individualized goals. Cara is Dry Needle certified and is a run coach through the Road Runners Club of America. When she is not treating in clinic she enjoys spending time with her family skiing, hiking and trail running with her dog.
