Peak PT’s Unique Multidisciplinary Approach
Successful physical therapy requires constant hands-on attention and slow but steady progress to help you return to pain-free activity and improved quality of life. If you need further assistance in achieving your goals, you'll also have access to other professional services conveniently located in our office:
1. Evaluation.
A physical therapist meets with you to discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and therapy goals. Through observation and hands-on examination, we further identify the source of the problem. Evaluations are typically one hour, and follow up visits, 30 minutes at minimum.

2. Education.
We explain your diagnoses and our recommendations in easily understood terminology. Written descriptions may also be provided by mail or email.

3. Hands-On Treatment.
We use proven manual techniques including soft tissue massage, spinal mobilization and stretching.

4. Exercises.
When you are ready, we teach you how to exercise for strength, core stabilization, flexibility and pain relief.

5. Additional Programs
and Services
.

We've partnered with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, massage therapists, personal trainers and wellness coaches to help you achieve greater gains during and after your rehabilitation.
